I am experimenting with different methods to decorate bags I had made. Initially, they were intended for sublimation, but the material couldn't handle the required temperature. I've tried dyeing them, but coverage and boiling were an issue. Acrylic paints and Fabric paints work well, providing the rich colors I wanted, and minimal heat is needed to dry the Bags, unlike dyes which give a watercolor look, the boiling at a certain temp would make the bags have bubble-like texture . Now that I've settled on using paints, I'm figuring out details like drying times and whether to use a medium. I'm not an artist, so I've been focusing on solid colors, which has been challenging. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
